It is with regret that we announce the termination of the Facia Ginza Singapore franchise agreement. The last day of operation in Singapore will be on 29th February 2024. At present, there are no definite plans for future company-owned stores in Singapore. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our customers who have supported us thus far.
The termination of the franchise was delivered and accepted by the Singapore franchisee, THE CONSCIOUS LIFESTYLE PTE. LTD. (CONS), on 16th November 2023. However, as of 8th January 2024, we have not been able to confirm that CONS has notified customers of its impending closure. Therefore, we would like to inform you of this matter here.
We advise all customers to consume their Facia Ginza prepaid coupons/sessions before 28th Feb 2024 as you will no longer be able to enjoy Facia Ginza’s service in Singapore from 1st March 2024. The last day for application for refund will also be on 28th Feb 2024.
For refunds and other handling of prepaid coupons/packages that cannot be consumed after the closure, please contact CONS directly at info@facia.com.sg.
